She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert C. Ruscoe and Annie Laurie Wall Ruscoe; and her siblings, Herb Ruscoe, Ben Ruscoe, Marjorie Lotz and Laurie Wells.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Lawson of Huntsville, AL; and her sister-in-law Dianne Ruscoe of Coila. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
