He is survived by: his wife Corinne Tingle Maxey of Greenwood, MS; his sons, Kevin Maxey of Water Valley, MS and Keith Maxey of Memphis, TN; his stepchildren, Linda Bond of Greenwood, MS, Diane Ayers of Carrollton, MS, Jerry Henry of Batesville, MS and David Henry of Batesville, MS; and his sister Helen Maxey of Olive Branch, MS. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
