He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Joseph Flautt and Alline Mitchener Flautt; his children, Dr. Henry Flautt, Jr. (Mary Haley) of Greenwood and Frances Flautt Zook (Jim) of Oxford; his child-in-law Gayle Stribling Clements; his stepchildren, Cathy Clements Bailey (Clinton) of Memphis, Susan Clements Chick (Jim) of Memphis, Ann Clements Carter (Bobby) of Memphis and H. Ganes Clements of Greenwood; his siblings, Tom Flautt of Cincinnati, Jimmy Flautt of Brandon and Joanne Flautt Branham of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Mary Steele Flautt Mock of Savannah, Katherine Flautt Russell of Jackson, Suzanne Alline Flautt of Jackson, James Randolph "Jack" Zook III of Austin and Henry McWillie Zook of Oxford; his stepgrandchildren, Henry Clements Bailey, Clifton Clements Odom, Irene Annelle Bailey, Charles Stribling Odom, Andrew Clements Odom, Matthew Ganes Clements and William Stribling Clements; and his brother Pat Flautt of Dallas. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.

The Museum of the Mississippi Delta honored Henry in 2017 for his many contributions to the local arts scene.
