He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ramsey Dallas of Black Hawk, MS; his children, Lisa McMinn of Black Hawk, MS, Karen Williams of Greenwood, MS and Charles Keith Dallas, Jr. of Moss Point, MS; and his siblings, Judy McBride of Carrollton, MS, Sherry Upchurch of Carrollton, MS, Sandra Upchurch of Carrollton, MS, Teddy Dallas and Wendell Dallas of Grenada, MS. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
