She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellis Thornton Crossland and Alice E. Bright Crossland; her daughter Janice Crossland of Batesville, MS; and her siblings, Sylvia Beam (Walter) of Greenwood, MS, Betty Mangrum of Milan, TN, Sam Crossland of Greenwood, MS and Terry Crossland (Deborah) of Texarkana, AR. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
