He was predeceased by: his parents, Bufford Woodall and Mamie Lou Morgan Woodall; his wife Faye Woodall; and his sister Bobbie Floyd. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hodges (James) of Greenwood, MS and James Woodall (Leanne) of Winona; his siblings, Vernon James Woodall of Teoc, MS and Jean Roberts; his grandchildren, Kimberly Crouch, Austin Woodall and Shelbie Woodall; and his great grandchildren, Trey Crouch, Kady Crouch, Cooper Hodges and Virgina Hodges.
