She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howard and Annie Maude Burrow Aven; her husband C. W. "Billy" Walker, Jr.; and her sister Betty Sue Pruett. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Walker (Cindy) of Greenwood, Bill Walker (Anne) of Greenville and John Walker of Lake Charles, LA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Williams (Tyler) of Red Wing, MN, Lindsay Stroble (Martin) of Nashville, TN, Daniel Walker (Beka) of Picayune, MS, Kasi Breaux of Greenwood, MS, Lindsi Junkin (Cade) of Indianola, MS and Leigh Ann Walker of Albuquerque, NM; her great grandchildren, Hudson Stroble, Whit Stroble, Sawyer Young, Anniston Williams, Charlotte Walker, Christopher Walker, Charlie Walker and Fox Walker; her grandsons, Chris Walker, Reynolds Walker, Tyler Williams, Cade Junkin and Martin Stroble; and her caregivers, Maudel Cordova, Jeremy Byford, Frederick Barnes and Indywood Glen.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Delta Funeral Home (1008 Sgt John Pittman Dr, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Delta Funeral Home Chapel (1008 Sgt John Pittman Dr, Greenwood, MS 38930).
Memorials may be made to the North Greenwood Baptist Church music fund.
