She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blaylock and Jeffie Danner Blaylock; her husband Lester Ford; her son Larry Ford; and her siblings, Floyd, Albert Blaylock, Annie Laura Scott, Dena Reach, Eva Lee Irvin, Allie B. Lovelady, Stella Greene, Elean Woods, Alvie Huffstutler and Jean Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Irvin (Donnie) of Hamilton, MS; her grandchildren, DeWayne Ford (Amy) of Greenwood Springs, MS, Dawn Mitchell (David) of Amory, MS, Gabe Irvin (Brittney) of Hamilton, MS and Kellyn Flippo (Dallas) of Hamilton, MS; her great grandchildren, Hannah Whiteside, Drew Fowlkes (Bailey), Matthew Ford, Evan Mitchell, Afton Irvin, Megan Ford, Easton Irvin, Eli Irvin, Silas Flippo and Clay Flippo; and her great great grandchild Liam Crocker (Baby Girl Fowlkes). She is also survived by her family, her grandchildren and when the great grandchildren.
