He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner Hollis and Bessie Wofford Hollis; and his former wife Matha Ann Harbour Hollis. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hollis of Greenwood Springs, MS; his children, Michael Hollis (Beverly) of Caledonia, MS, Steve Hollis (Katie Jo) of Nashville, TN. and Rynn Hollis Hendricks (Justin) of Peachtree City, GA.; his stepchildren, Donnie Isbell (Linda) of Greenwood Springs, MS and Debbie Walden of Greenwood Springs, MS.; his sisters, Jewel Stark of Sulligent, AL and Dorotha Turner of Sulligent, AL.; his grandchildren, Ashley Hollis, Sophie Hollis, Shepherd Hollis, Benjamin Hendricks, Matthew Hendricks and John Hendricks; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Hollingsworth and Kyrstin Hollingsworth.
