He was predeceased by: his daughter Tonya Marie Webb; and his parents, Charles G. Webb and Marie Webb. He is survived by: his wife Effie Webb; his son Patrick J. Webb; his sister Gail Frasier (Ross); his granddaughter Morgan Stigall (Garrett); and his great grandchild Emmarie T. Stigall.
