With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otis Wesley Briggs of Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on December 3, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Wesley Briggs and Delia Luriene Briggs (Foster); and his sisters, Betty Suddeth, Agnes Dunaway, Falice Worbington and Patsy Leto.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Potter Briggs; his children, Wes Briggs (Beth), Barry Briggs (Jennifer) and Tanya Roberson (John); his grandchildren, Tanner Bennett (Cessley), Stone Bennett, Mabry-Grace, Emma Briggs, Layla Roberson, Olivia Roberson and Gage Redwine; and his great grandchild Audree Bennett.
