She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Joe and Fannie Cobb; her husbands, Billy Welch and Robert Dean Kilgore; her daughter Billie Tilson; and her brothers, James Hardy Cobb and Curtis Bernard "Butch" Cobb.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Kilgore (Charlotte) of Greenville, MS, Jerry Kilgore of Taloga, OK, Sandra Head (Tommy) of Pearl, MS and Helen Mathis of Greenville, MS; and her siblings, Henry Cobb (Gladys Ann) of Greenville, MS, Joe Allen Cobb (Maggie) of Indianola, MS, Sam Cobb (Evelyn) of Leland, MS and Mary Frances Lowery of Tupelo, MS.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
