She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaddis Elmer Dyson and Sally Lourena Canoy Dyson; and her siblings, Elmer Dyson, Howard Dyson, Delbert Dyson, Pauline Chiara, Kay King and Patricia Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Mabus (Larry) and Bevin Scarborough (Melinda); her sister Juanita Yoder of Shownee, OK.; and her grandchildren, Brandon Scarborough (Kaylie) of Greenville, MS, Candy Long of Pensacola, FL, Brandy Parnell (Skip) of Petal, MS, Hope Bolden (Randy) of Merigold, MS and Amber Cocilova (Brad) of Petal, MS. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
