He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Tharp and Barbara Tharp of James Crossing, MS; his close friend Kristin Cobb; his children, Harmony Dill Lindsay of Greenville, MS and Blake Franklin of Cleveland, MS.; and his brothers, Stan Tharp (Heather) of Greenville, MS. and Brent Tharp (Haeleigh) of Greenville, MS.. He is also survived by five nephews and two nieces, and two great-nieces.
