Jean M. Gary Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean M. Gary of Greenville, Mississippi, born in Thomastown, Mississippi, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin C. Gary; her parents, Walter L. McMillon and Mabel G. McMillon; her siblings, Mavis E. Hayes, Daulton L. McMillon and Bobby G. McMillon; and her granddaughter Sonya Renee Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Terry (Casey), Vicki Jenkins (Lamar) and Denise Laney (Russ); her great great grandchild Kimberly Smith (John); her sister Sheila Lashley (Dennis); and also, Kerstin Brown (Colton), Declan Brown, John-Michael Smith, Jennifer Fuqua (Preston), Joshua, Devon (Melanie), Autumn, Brook Holland, Kaitlyn, Merideth, Aiden, Nicolas Laney (Mary), Chase Laney (Beth), Emily, Zach, Bella, Hannah Lizotte (Jamin), Cahill, Ryder, Rory, Alison Stinnett (Kyle) and Lilly. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Restoration Church (1265 S Main St, Greenville, MS 38701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
