It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Lee Bennett of Greenville, Mississippi, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lee and Gladys Lee; her siblings, Eileen Lee Childers and Robert Lee (Stanford Bennett); and her son Joseph Stephen Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Stanford Bennett; and her grandchildren, Beth Bennett Stinnett, Joseph Stephen Bennett II and Amy Bennett Davidson. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
