She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Finn and Mary Lou Finn; her brother Roger Finn; her children, Debbie Montgomery (Mitch) of Greenville and Charles Franks of Greenville; her grandchildren, Michael Montgomery (Rena) of Olive Branch, MS, Danny Montgomery (Beth) of Jackson, MS, Tony Franks (Ashley) of Lowndsboro, AL and Chris Franks of Greenville; her great grandchildren, Madison, Luke Montgomery, Carter, Caylee Franks, Hunter Newell and Makayla Carlson; her husband Curtis Spencer of Greenville; and her siblings, Ruble Finn (Debbie), Donnie Finn (Peggy), Pearline Presley and Faye Moore (JV). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mortimer Funeral Home (711 US-82, Greenville, MS 38701).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, an organization that Frances deeply cared about).
