She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Eugene (Wanda Sue Stewart) and Gail Hogue (Homer); her grandson Landen Bowie Branch; her grandparents, Claude and Martha Bilbo; her uncle David Bilbo; and her aunt Peggy Chouccoli.

She is survived by: her children, Heather Sykes (Johnathan) of Greenville and Harley Gene Roark; her grandchildren, Meriden Branch and Carter Sykes; her aunt Sharon Homan (Robert); her uncle Larry Chouccoli; and her close friend Tracy Adams.

Donations in her memory can be made to Gideons International.
