It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Jeanne Stadelbacher of Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Baggott and Flora "Flo" Baggott; her husband Dr. Earl A. Stadelbacher; and her children, Richard Stadelbacher, Terry Lynn Stadelbacher and Carol Sue Stadelbacher.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Stadelbacher of Columbus, MS, Ronald Stadelbacher of Winter Haven, FL., Mary Ann Hill (Odis) of Greenville, MS and Lisa Cain of Greenville, MS; her grandchildren, Regina Minga (Jason), Laura Marble (Tim), Summer Cudd (Richard), Eric Stadelbacher, Matthew Cain (Tessie Wilkerson), Jonathan Cain (Heather), Brittany Cain (Thomas Bonner) and Paul Stadelbacher (Lexie); and her sister Donna Goocher. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1501 V F W Rd, Greenville, MS 38701). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (315 E Ash St, Cobden, IL 62920).
