He is survived by: his children, Jerry Manseill (Kim) of Gore Springs, David Allen Ballard of Gore Springs, Elizabeth Wiggins of Little Rock, MS and Kathy Ann Smith (David) of Tilly, AR; his siblings, Terry Manseill, Sherry Bowers and Alline of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Kristeena Manseill, Hunter Manseill, Kailyn Sutherland, Abbigail Smith, Fanceey Smith and Sheala Smith; his great grandchild William Neilson; and his sister Bonnie Manseill.
