He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elias Dero Fulgham and Etta Lucille Lewis; his daughters, Kathy Parker and Patricia Lindsey; his granddaughter Britney Lindsey; his wife Sanya Fulgham; his sons, Steve of Gore Springs, MS and Rodney of Shaw, MS; his sons-in-law, Rod Parker of Drew and Stanley Lindsey of Boyle; and his brother Roe Fulgham (Paulette) of Big Spring, TX. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
