He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Embrey and Mauree Embrey; and his brother-in-law Dan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Horn Embrey; his sisters, Sue Johnson, Willa Mitchell (Stanley) and Debra Franks (Andy); and his nieces and nephews, Sheena Wood, Susan Monroe, April Crum, Clint Johnson and Scottie Mitchell.
