He was predeceased by: his grandson Cody Pickle; and his stepdaughter Kim Swindle. He is survived by: his children, William C. Mayhall (Becky) of Golden, Cherry S. Mayhall (Douglas Gray) of Golden and Angel Rice (Willie) of Red Bay; and his sisters, Linda Ewing and Martha Chesnutt. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
