He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas V. Clark and Ruby Hemphill Clark; his grandson William (Wayne Clark, II); and his brother Charles Clark. He is survived by: his wife Kitty R. Clark; his children, Barry Clark, Billy Clark (Kala), Michelle Truett and Debbie Truett Hamel; his grandchildren, Brittany Truett and Collin Clark; and his siblings, Naomi Drago and Ronnie Clark. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
