He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Havard and Ruby Partin (Leah Denise Havard). He is survived by: his children, Elvis D. Havard, Julius Anthony Havard, Ruby Renee Havard and Kendra Lee Soileau; and his siblings, Jamie Hooge, Hilda Sumrall, Madeline Maehren, Lorette Hurst, Cecelia Jenia Rainey and Casey Havard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
