He is survived by: his parents, Robert Terry Short, Sr. and Judith McCurley Short; his siblings, Robert Short, Jr of Lake Charles, LA, Anthony Short (Diane) of Crosby, MS and Wendy Ellis (Joe) of Madison, MS; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Thibodeaux of Ponchatoula, LA, Tyler Brown, William Ellis of Madison, Megan Brown and Meghan Ellis of Madison.
