She is survived by: her sons, William L. Phipps, Jr. and Herschel Leon Phipps; her friend Tammy Milton; her grandson William L. Phipps, III; her sister-in-law Virginia Cavin; and her nephews, Kenny, Justin, Nolan, Austin, Wally, Edwin, Mark, Carl Ray and Doug Cavin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
