He was predeceased by: his parents, Elert Parker and Carry Lott Parker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Parker; his sons, Ricky Alton Parker and Randy Dale Parker; his brothers, Lee V. Parker and Billy G. Parker; his granddaughter Victoria Lashay Parker; and his great grandchild Kingston Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
