She was predeceased by: her parents, Oree Webb and Mamie Boykin Webb; her husband Walter Cross Forman; her son Mark Q. Forman; and her siblings, Dub Webb, Bill Webb, Jewel Davis and Bobbie Jean Robertson.
She is survived by: her sons, Walter D. Forman, Jerry D. Forman and Kirk E. Forman; and her siblings, James Webb and Elaine Eskew. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
