It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Huey G. Boney of Gloster, Mississippi, born in Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Walter Byrd and Nancy Marsh; and his siblings, Walter Byrd, Bruce Byrd, James Byrd, Eugene Byrd, Danny Byrd and Ruth Ann Ryland.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mayeux Boney; his children, Danny Ray Boney, Diane Conway, Betty Morales (Richard) and Marilyn Beavers; and his sisters, Doris Cooper and Judy Lashney. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
