He was predeceased by: his mother Christine Thomas McCallister (Myrtle Frances McKlemurry); and his siblings, Cynthia McCallister, Theresa McCallister Brazell and Roy "Junior" McCallister. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Thomas McKey (Phillip) of Gloster; his granddaughter Rachel McKey; his siblings, Rosemary McCallister Acosta of Greenwell Springs, Nancy Barber Guevara (Marcos) of Woodbridge, Dianne Schulin (Mike) of Baton Rouge, Harvey McCallister (Donna) of Walker and Billy McCallister (Roxanna) of Holden; and his stepmother Evelyn McCallister of Denham Springs.
