With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Wayne Newsom of Gloster, Mississippi, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Acy Jacob Newsom II and Lula Denham Newsom; and his brother Acy Jacob Newsom, III. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Newsom of Lowell, MA., Acy Newsom of Baker, LA., Steve Newsom (Monica) of Saint Amant, LA. and Charles Newsom of Baker, LA.; and his sister Kathy Duke (Dennis). He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
