He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Ratliff and Paula Mae Bishop Ratliff; and his brothers, Bill and Bob Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bowles Ratliff; his children, Michelle Plunk (Carlton) of Saltillo, Brad Ratliff of Shannon and Bart Ratliff (Shelia) of Toccopola; his grandchildren, Nathan Plunk (Kelli) of Saltillo, Chelsea Plunk of Hernando, B. J and Catherine Sullivan (Matt) of Pocahontas, AR; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Plunk of Saltillo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
