He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Cavin Wisner and Elizabeth Enlow Wisner; and his brothers, Godfrey Wisner, Oris Wisner and Arbra Earl Wisner.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" D. Wisner; his children, Casey Wisner Dobson (Bryce) and Lucas Gage Wisner; and his sister Mildred Hudson.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pioneer Baptist Church (2388 Buffalo Rd, Woodville, MS 39669). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
