It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Marie Day of Glen, Mississippi, born in Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Dusty Neal Day; her grandchildren, Austin Wilson and Kinsley Wilson; her parents, Clarence Peters and Louise Peters; and her siblings, Ronnie Joe Peters, Wayne Peters, Virginia Peters and Bonnie Peters.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Day; her grandchildren, Shelby Woodruff, Nicole Jones (Darrell) and James Michael Kirksey; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Woodruff, Chance Purvis, Isabella Jones, Ellie Jones and Lily Jones; and her siblings, Dale Peters, Stanley Peters (Lola) and Mary Ann Hamm.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - East (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
