She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Worley and Edith McGaughy Worley Hendrix; and her brother Gerald Don Worley. She is survived by: her husband Manuel Lentz; her son Sam Lentz (Ann Barnes); and her stepgrandchildren, Andrew Wojcicki and Thomas Wojcicki.
