He is survived by: his wife Delois Lowery; his children, Robert "Chip" Lowery (Sherry) of Pensacola, FL, Randy Lowery (Judy) of Georgetown and Penny Perrett of Georgetown; and his siblings, Will Lowery of Clinton and Bettye Windom of Georgetown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
