She was predeceased by: her father Gary Jenkins, Jr.; her brother Gary Lee Jenkins III; her grandmother Idella Fairley; and her niece Ebony Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Leon Houston, Jr.; her daughters, Nevia "Cenna" Jenkins, Arneshia "Pooh" Jenkins and Brenda LeAngel Jones; her mother Helen Juanita Howlett (Robert); her siblings, Gary Tyrone Jenkins, Gwendolyn Jenkins-Rodgers (Charles), Wonda Millender (Charles), Laura Luner Jenkins-Ferdinand, Mary Rodgers Vinson and Rebecca Chambers Glaude (Peter); her grandchildren, Ikeyiah Jenkins, Iyanna Jenkins, Marlon Ingram, Amir Ingram, Jayce Houston, Irieonna Brown and Dakota McGhee; her godchildren, Latyphanie Borden and Royce Borden; and her siblings-in-law, Dora and Leon Houston, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
