He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin LeVoy Dixon and Mabel Lee Ward Dixon; his brother Donald Wayne Dixon; and his grandson Michael Sewell. He is survived by: his wife Betty June Prestwood Dixon; his children, William Earl Elkins (Tina), Melissa Jene Lilly (Dale) and Annette Levoy Dixon Thompson (John); his sister Martha Ann Dixon Davis (Billy); and his grandchildren, Allan Moore (Kameron), Alex Elkins, Jessica Quinn Heather Millwood (Michael), Briar Lilly, Michael Lilly (Samantha) and Lawson Barlow. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the charity of your choice.
