He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivel Walters and Rose Helen Walters (Sebol); his wife Meg Harkey Walters of Gautier, MS; his sons, Scott Walters (Stacy) of Ocean Springs, MS, Steve Walters and Patrick Walters (Tammy); and his stepdaughters, Mimi Bosarge of Pascagoula, MS and Charlotte Falkner (Dane).
Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, both a celebration of Dick's life and a Funeral Mass will occur at a later date when all his loved ones and friends can gather to honor his memory together, as he wished.
