He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mavis Lorene Baskin. He is survived by: his parents, William Blackburn and Angela Blackburn of Gautier; his brothers, William Ellis Blackburn (April) of Lucedale and Eric Thatcher Blackburn of Gautier; and his grandfather Franklin L. Baskin.
