He was predeceased by: his parents, Osie Walker and Ruth Lillian Moore; his wife Mary Moore; his daughter Cheryl Wolverton; and his grandson Corey Vaughan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Lee Jackson, Jerrie Sue Holland (Curtis) and George "Butch" Lynn Moore; his children, Lorretta Vaughan (Clark) of Gautier, MS, Rae Lynn Stone (Fred) of Bayou Gauche, LA, Teresa Fitzgerald of Gautier, MS, Lisa Moore of Gautier, MS and Daryl Roth (Susie); his grandchildren, Casey Vaughan, Missy Hunt, Charla McKee (Brent), Lillian Noble, Kelva Noble, Briana Vaughan, Carrie Cole, Jamie Toney, Ray Ladnier (Stacey), Lee Milligan (Bella), Daniel Roth (Mychal), Melissa Wolverton Dye, Chad Wolverton (Erin), Brandi Gunter (Bo) and Kristin Page Short (Chris); and his close friend Alice Pitts of Gautier, MS.. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 all of his services will be privately held.
