He was predeceased by: his father James "Bud" Harper; his stepfather Bobby Fortner; and his daughter Sherrie Killingsworth. He is survived by: his mother Carol Fortner; his wife Tammy Harper; his sons, Randall Harper and Joshua LeBlanc; his sister Misty Malone; his daughters-in-law, Amber Harper and Melissa LeBlanc; and his grandchildren, London Grace Harper, Camille Ivy Harper, Elise Killingsworth, Emily Killingsworth, Hunter Killingsworth, Dax LeBlanc, Chelsea Fuller and Savannah Fuller.
