He was predeceased by: his mother Lynne Scott. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Jessica) and Shannon; his father Phillip (Carol); his siblings, Karen (Sandy), James (Amanda) and Dave (Shelly); and his grandson Jacob. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
