She is survived by: her husband Charles Wade Sullivan; her children, Stacey Ford (Terry), Anthony Teal (Leeann), Shawn Sullivan (Judy), James Sullivan, Charles Timothy Sullivan (Sharee), Tiffany Sullivan Heyer (Eddie), Elizabeth Sullivan and Patrizia Dwyer; her sister Deborah Parrish; and her grandchildren, Michael Teal, Nichole Teal McElroy, Angela Teal Thoe, Holly Teal, Tyler Ford, Bailey Pique, Ryan Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan, Sarah-Beth Sullivan, Christine Fuller and Katelyn Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
