She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Fitzgibbons; her parents, Frederick Meiggs and Hortense Meiggs (Benevides); and her siblings, Charles Lamora, Lillian Turillo (Lamora), Bertha Boucher (Lamora), Arthur Lamora and Frederick Meiggs.
She is survived by: her nieces, Joyce Lamora Skelton, Patricia Turillo-Palumbo, Lucia Turillo-Roberts, Karen Boucher-Miller, Mary Lamora Darden, Cathy Lamora Smith and Debora Lamora Hale; and her nephew Lawrence Bastanzi. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
