It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hannah Butler Gauthier of Gautier, Mississippi, born in Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kathryn Butler, Grady Butler and Billee Badorek. She is survived by: her parents, Howard Butler and Tina Butler; her husband Matthew Gauthier; her brothers, Jayson Butler (Michelle), Justin Butler (Shanta) and Ben Burgin; her mother-in-law Rebecca Ann Cabe (Kevin Langdon); her sisters-in-law, Sydney Dunston and Marissa Gauthier; her grandparents, Lynn Badorek and Rosally Cabe; and her nieces and nephews, Taylor, Annalyse, Camdyn and Noah. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family.
She completed nursing school and became an R. N. serving on the Skilled Nursing Unit at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, and helped to lead the fight against COVID-19 with her co-workers.
The overachiever that she was, Hannah, even in death continued to save lives and bring smiles and hope to others through organ donation.
