He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Archie, Pearl Gaylor, Earl and Wanita Tilley. He is survived by: his mother Louise Gaylor Tilley; his wife Janet Tilley; his children, Kris and Kimberly Collins; his father Carl, Sr. Tilley; his siblings, Christopher Tilley, Carmen Long and Katie Rawls; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew and Macy Tilley.
