He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Lee Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Hawkins of Mobile, AL; his sisters, Paige Hawkins of Mobile, AL and Alisa Hutchins of Whitehouse, TX; his nephews, Chad Hutchins of Whitehouse, TX and Spencer Hutchins of Atlanta, GA; and his pet Buster.
