Butterworth Jr. of Milton, FL; her grandchildren, Charice Butterworth and Ashley Butterworth (Collin); her great grandchildren, Ayden Shannon, Leiland and Adelle Moore; her daughter Kristie Garriga (Jay Jay); her grandchild Tristan Garriga; and her daughters, Kendall Carter, Breland and Bettie Killingsworth.
